Titan Lab Back to Drop 01

Privacy notice

Last updated 31 October 2026

We ask for your name and your WhatsApp number so we can confirm what you reserved and tell you how to pay. That is the whole reason we hold anything.

We do not sell it, we do not advertise to you, and you can tell us to delete it at any time — before or after your order. Ask on WhatsApp and it is gone.

1. Who holds your information

Titan Lab, Brunei Darussalam (BB3713 BN). Titan Lab decides what is collected and why. Titan Lab to add: registered business name and registration number.

The website and the order book were built and are maintained by IAstudio, which can see the book in order to keep it working. The site is hosted by Cloudflare.

2. What we collect, and why

WhatWhy
Your nameSo we know who we are speaking to
Your WhatsApp numberIt is how we confirm your reservation. There is no other way we contact you
The pieces, colours, sizes and quantities you choseIt is the reservation. It is also how we count how many of each size to print
Anything you type in the note boxOnly what you choose to tell us
A one-way scramble of your IP addressTo stop one person flooding the form with fake reservations. It cannot be turned back into your address, and we never see the address itself
When you reserved, and whether we have contacted you yetSo nobody is missed and nobody is messaged twice

You give us this by filling in the form and sending it. You do not have to, and nothing else on the site asks for it.

3. What we do not collect

4. Cookies

This page does not set any cookies. It stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage, nothing that survives you closing the tab. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to ask you about.

Two things are worth saying plainly anyway:

If you follow our Instagram link, you are on Instagram's site and Meta's own policies apply from that point.

5. Where your information is kept

In a database run by Cloudflare. The servers are in Singapore, not in Brunei. That means your information leaves Brunei when you send it. We are telling you because you are entitled to know, and because the Personal Data Protection Order requires it to be said.

It is sent over an encrypted connection and the book itself is reachable only with a key that only Titan Lab holds.

6. Who can see it

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent, share or trade it, and we have never been asked to. If a court or the authorities ever compelled us, we would comply and, where we are allowed to, tell you.

7. How long we keep it

Titan Lab to confirm this period. Proposed: twelve months after Drop 01 closes. After that the reservation and your details are deleted. We keep it that long only so we can answer questions about an order that has already happened.

If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it when you ask — you do not have to give a reason, and it does not affect an order you have already paid for.

8. What you can ask us to do

Under Brunei's Personal Data Protection Order 2025, you can ask us to:

Message +673 829 4040 on WhatsApp and say what you want. We do not charge for any of this and we will not make it difficult.

Titan Lab to name a Data Protection Officer and put their contact here — the Order is reported to require one. Confirm against the Order itself.

9. If something goes wrong

If your information is exposed or taken, we will tell the Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry (AITI) and we will tell you directly, as quickly as we can work out what happened and what it means for you. We will not quietly hope you do not notice.

10. If you are not happy with us

Tell us first — message the number above. If we do not fix it, you can complain to AITI, which enforces the Personal Data Protection Order in Brunei.

11. Changes to this notice

If we change it, we change the date at the top. If the change affects what we do with information we already hold, we will message the people it affects rather than rely on you re-reading this page.
